The Chocolate Fountain rental agreement is only valid for the day stated on the rental agreement/confirmation letter. The hirers are subject to a surcharge on the transportation costs to and from the venue if the delivery location is not within the specified “free delivery” area. A deposit of £100 is required at the time of booking, with the agreed balance payable 14 days prior to the booking. All payments for a booking must be paid 14 days prior to the booking or the booking may be considered to be cancelled. Nutcombe Chocolates reserves the right to publicise the Chocolate Fountain with business cards and/or leaflets. The hiring charge for both a medium and a large fountain starts at £300. This price includes an operator setting up the machine and ensuring it runs smoothly throughout the rental period, 10 kilos of Belgian chocolate and skewers to use for dipping. Any cancellation of a booking must be made at least 7 days prior to the date of booking. In the event of a cancellation the deposit is normally non-refundable. However, a refund will be made if we subsequently receive a booking for the same booking date. Nutcombe Chocolates reserves the right to cancel a hiring agreement if the conditions herein are not adhered to. Payment of the deposit by the hirer indicates the acceptance of the above terms and conditions. JANUARY 2006
